A Bit About Me

I build, transform, and scale people functions for complex, high-growth, remote, multi-state, and acquisition-driven organizations, partnering with CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and founders to turn people strategy into business execution.

Organizations bring me in to solve:

  • HR infrastructure that has not kept up with growth

  • Remote and multi-state workforce complexity

  • M&A workforce and HRIS integration and cultural alignment

  • Employee relations risk and leadership accountability

  • HRIS, payroll, benefits, compensation, and compliance gaps

  • Leadership development, performance management, and succession planning

I have stood up HR functions from the ground up, optimized processes using AI, centralized payroll and benefits across multi-entity organizations, led workforce integrations, and advised leadership through growth and change, across startup, consulting, media, construction, union, non-union, and remote environments. Whether the need is operational, such as HRIS, payroll, compliance, and M&A integration, or strategic, such as executive advisory, org design, and people partnership, I build the whole function rather than half of it.

I love doing research on challenges that face HR leadership today.  I put that to use by writing articles on current topics.  Here are some recent ones:
